The sustainability measures that take part in my building are multiple roof gardens, rain water collection, regulating building temperature through the use of water.

The roof garden helps regulate the building temperature, and adds nature to the site. It also helps filter rain water and collect it. The collected rain water will be used to heat and cool the building through the use of a heat exchanger and chilled water beams.

The structure of the building is primarily, 20×20 column grid system with some areas on a 10×20 system. The building is held together with 6 vertical circulation cores and cross bracing in the center that is connected to the castellated beam and column structure.
