Assurety NW Building (adjacent to favored site)

Of the several available for development in Foster Green, I find myself most attracted to the lot east of and adjacent to the Assurety NW building. They have created a nice streetscape that I would like to capitalize on and continue on westward. A more thorough investigation comparing the different siting options is to follow, but my initial reaction is that within this neighborhood, this site has the most potential (although it is a bit on the small side).
