I would like to look into mix used buildings that enhance the lifestyle of those residing in it. I would like to look into how I can increase efficiency in certain areas to create more leisure time, and places that support the leisure activities. How can these places become a great place to go or to be? First step would be determining the site that is most suitable for developing the ideal mixed-use building. The key would be determining how much the existing site could offer to the building. Then building a program for the building. Revise the program based on opinions of those living in the city or are thinking about residing there. Success will be measured based on whether everyone think that the program produces an ideal building and how well the building and the site relate to each other.
