Diurnal media screen shades parking and allows plant growth during the day and trace media LEDs provide security and way finding at night. This strategy would help stimulate pedestrian traffic and re-invent the current asphalt parking lots.

Storefronts are preserved and enlivened by bioswales/street trees that shade and screen street traffic, but allow visual breaks to support business.
