This map diagrams important intersections and building in reference to site location. As can be seen, the site is located along Hollywood Blvd adjacent to the historical Pantages Theater and high-end W Hotel. Continuing down the walk of fame only leads to more history, architecture and entertainment. Hollywood Blvd already has a great reputation as one of the most famous streets in America and is known for it’s memorable “walk of fame.” Therefore, as a street it is quite nice. Walkable by nature, lined with green trees, and retail but it only exists as a strip and is dead-ended into parking lots and the 101. This makes the potential site a priority of re-development due to its proximity to Hollywood’s greatest entertainment theaters, nightclubs, and retail.
