chengphoto-smNancy Cheng directs the Portland Architecture Program for the University of Oregon, a branch of a larger Eugene-based program.
benBen Hart grew up in Northern Washington state.  He attended the Evergreen State College in Olympia where he focused on community development and international conflict resolution.  A month away from starting law school, Ben shifted gears and is excited to be in his second year of an option three Masters of Architecture program at the U of O.   He hopes to build homes and raise a family on Whidbey Island in Washington’s Puget Sound.
Rachel Bailey Marc Becker
abishopAndrew Bishop is currently pursuing his Masters of Architecture at the University of Oregon in Portland.  He is an architectural intern with the architecture and planning firm Communitecture.  Andrew’s academic efforts include looking at the potentials of wide scale implementation of urban agriculture on vacant or underutilized land as a way to develop community, environmental justice, and create a self-sustaining Portland Metro.  He is also working to develop the newly founded Architecture for Humanity, Portland chapter.
With a B.Sc. in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati, Andrew has worked with firms in San Francisco, Eugene, Corvallis, and Portland as well as studying abroad in Denmark and Russia.  He  brings a great deal of professional experience to a design team and is a skilled draftsman, researcher, and digital designer. He is interested in creating sustainable inclusive architecture and urban designs, and exploring the many wonderful things Portland has to offer.
