Many families have different traditions for thanksgiving dinner. It was just my father and I for thanksgiving this year, so we decided to go out and get dinner rather than cook for two. It was very different than what I grew up doing, but it wasn’t bad. Within kinship groups, many families have traditions that are upheld through generations, but things can change as well.
