I love my job and love spending time with family. We love to travel, hike, bike, read books, cook (I watch while my husband and daughter cook!), and just hang out. In my job, I get to do brain candy research about the psychology of how people perceive risks and make decisions. And then I get to turn to how to make it matter. The brain candy research then is a foot in the door to have real impact on individuals, policy makers, and society.
