I’m a realistic optimist. I firmly believe that the work we do should make the world better and pave the way for all of uss to be leaders in the industry. I want us to push brands and agencies to be better. I believe we should tackle systemic racism and the climate emergency as part of our professional obligation.
And FTW: I want each of our students to find community, find their role, and find their voice. In my decades (and decades) of teaching, my great takeaway is that we have all the resources to change the world.
So let’s do it.
