Conference Hotel: Phoenix Inn
We have reserved a block of rooms at a conference discount of $109.00 per night at the Phoenix Inn, 850 Franklin Blvd., Eugene, Oregon, just off the University of Oregon campus and within walking distance to all conference locations. The $109.00 rate is the same for a single or double room. (After February 24th, 2015, this rate and room availability are no longer guaranteed.)

The Phoenix Inn has arranged for some “overflow” accommodation at the nearby New Oregon Best Western motel. If you book via the Phoenix Inn before March 9th, you can get the same conference rate at the New Oregon Best Western. Be sure to state that you are associated with the Annual Conference on African Linguistics. (If you book directly with the Best Western, we cannot guarantee this rate.)
Phoenix Inn Free Shuttle Serivce: The Phoenix Inn shuttle is only available to those who are staying at the Phoenix Inn or Best Western New Oregon Motel if booked via the Phoenix Inn. Please contact Tamy Perkins, Phoenix Inn reservations manager, point of contact for ACAL conference (tamy.perkins@phoenixinn.com, phone 541-344-0001 or toll free 800-344-0031) prior to your trip to arrange a hotel shuttle to pick you up and drop you off at the airport. You’ll want to supply her with your flight arrival and departure times. The shuttle service is available from 7:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M.
If you were unable to plan your shuttle service in advance and need short-notice shuttle service, call 800-344-0031 to request shuttle service. If shuttle service is unavailable, you may either take an Omnishuttle (flat-rate taxi service) or a regular taxi at your own expense (see below).
