Molly Pierce is an occupational therapist, she loves her job and has had her own kids volunteer in her work place. Molly has inspired her daughter and her friends to become involved in a program called look me in the eye, started in South Eugene High school, where kids with disabilities and typically developing teens can come together and make art.
