On February 27th the School of Architecture and Allied Arts hosted the 13th Annual Professional Firms Visiting Day. Approximately 40 firms in both architecture and landscape architecture set up booths in Lawrence Hall displaying posters with design philosophies and project examples. The event served as the perfect opportunity for students to get acquainted with the professional world of architecture, as well as possibly land an internship, “I’m here because I’m curious to see the different designs represented by each firm, and to make connections for work or internship opportunities down the road,” states Emily Evenson, a junior majoring in Architecture.
