3.1a Parametric Surface Analog (Rhino) examples

None of these are perfect but together they provide some ideas. We can discuss Tuesday as well in class. Optional templates we will give you in Grasshopper:

  • Louvers (can be used for horizontal louvers or vertical brisole
  • Perforated screen (metal, wood, etc) with point attractor
  • Perforated screen (metal, wood, etc) with line attractor
  • Perforated screen with image sampler (this could be a representational image or an abstract use)
  • Panels (vertical, horizontal or even triangulated.
