This week workers continued to cut concrete and remove the courtyard perimeter at the basement level. They also began the demolition and abatement of interior HVAC ductwork. This weekend Anderson Construction is installing a man-machine hoist in the library atrium so that construction workers, equipment, and supplies can be brought into the the construction site from the plaza rather rather than through the library.
Phase I of the PSC construction project was completed this week as the Science Library reopened to patrons right on schedule at 8:00 AM on Monday, January 5, 2015!
