SPRING AND SUMMER 2017 GRADUATES

The ASUO Women’s Center wants to help celebrate the many cultures of the University of Oregon’s graduating students with a free stole representing your heritage or home country. We will be purchasing a stole for the first 20 applicants who are international students or students from immigrant families. Let’s celebrate and support our culturally diverse University of Oregon students! All you need to do is write a brief statement (75-100 words) telling us why your culture or heritage is important to you. See application below.

Stoles for EVERY country are available. To see the stole of your country please visit this website: https://www.visionwear.com/sashes.html. If your application is one of the first 20 received we will be ordering for you. If your application was not selected you may purchase your own stole from this company, please allow three weeks for delivery. Here are just three examples of hundreds available:

Only the first 20 applications will be accepted, HURRY, they will not last long! Only students graduating Spring or Summer 2017 are eligible.

The order will be made on May 18, 2017. Stoles will be delivered by June 12, 2017 for you to wear at commencement on June 19, 2017.
