Nikki Pearl, Integrative Health Specialist Nikki has worked in the health and wellness space for more than 20 years, and has pioneered integrative health concepts and programs in the workplace. She has a Masters in Integral Health Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies, a background in natural foods marketing, and is a certified yoga instructor of 22 years. She has been teaching yoga to San Francisco Giants employees for nearly 20 years and also works with the Giants HR team to tailor and deliver programs that support employee health and well-being. She is a contributing editor for a variety of health blogs and workplace newsletters, and also has her own blog where she publishes health and well-being articles with a strong emphasis on self-care.
