Each year we host the Black Tie Dinner at the Ford Alumni Center. Because this is such a big job we broke it up into two groups:

BTD Spring term

Group 1: Ad and Marketing (Ryann and Kim)

• Promotion
• Fundraising
• Social Media
• Interview and article with “around the O”
• RSVP page
• Reaching out to professionals and speakers (only 2-3 people)

 

Group 2: Budget and planning (Calen and Emma C)

• Food
• Ford Alumni (get done by week 5 and choose the date)
• Pamphlet
• Tables
• Name tags but spacing out the professionals
• Questionnaire (where to put people)
