How do I register for Spring Family Weekend? Registering for Spring Family Weekend is easy! Simply click here to register. 

Why do I have to register for Spring Family Weekend? Registration is required to attend any live events. We will email event Zoom links and passwords via our registration system. This will also ensure that you get up-to-date information and our Duck Family Recipes Cookbook. If you don’t plan on attending any live events and instead plan to watch them on your own time via our YouTube channel or on our Facebook page, we still ask that you register so we have a general number of how many parents and family members participated in our virtual Spring Family Weekend. This will help us better plan for events (both virtual and in-person) in the future.

What do I do if an event I want to attend is full? If an event you would like to attend is full, please email myduckis@uoregon.edu to be placed on a waitlist. If a spot becomes available, we will email you prior to the event. If a spot does not become available, most of our live events will be recorded. The videos will be available roughly 24 hours after the event on our Dean of Students YouTube Channel. We will also post the video link next to the event on our Schedule of Events once it is available.

I’ve already registered, can I go back in and add event? Yes! After you completed the registration process you received a confirmation email which included a link that allows you to go back into the system and edit your registration. If you deleted your confirmation email, please email us at myduckis@uoregon.edu and we will send you a copy of that email.

What if I can’t attend an event I’m interested in? Most of our live events will be recorded so families can participate on their own time. The videos will be available roughly 24 hours after the event on our Dean of Students YouTube Channel. We will also post the video link next to the event on our Schedule of Events once it is available.

How do I cancel my reservation if I can no longer attend an event I registered for? If you need to cancel your reservation please email us at myduckis@uoregon.edu.

Is there a cost? Nope! Participation in our virtual Spring Family Weekend is free.

If I’m late to an event, can I still join? Yes. We just ask that you make sure your microphone is muted when you enter an event late.

Can my student join in the fun? Of course! If they are home with you, you can all join via one computer. If they are on campus, they will need to register for the event you are wanting to attend together as a family.
