CSA Service Advisory Board
Purpose
The Centralized Scheduling Application Service Advisory Board (CSASAB) participates in service planning and monitors the success of scheduling applications across the campus. This currently includes the EMS software suite and related technologies.
Aligned with the vision set forth in the UO IT Strategic Plan, service advisory boards advise the Domain Committees, CIO, and Provost on matters related to IT policies, priorities, and performance. SABs provide and/or coordinate outreach to campus stakeholders to solicit feedback on current service offerings and input into long-term strategies.
Centralized scheduling aligns with the University’s strategic goals by:
- promoting and enhancing student access, retention and success
- enhancing physical, administrative and IT infrastructure to ensure academic excellence
