ShakeAlert® Earthquake Early Warning System is Live in Oregon
Thanks to the work of the Oregon Hazards Lab at the University of Oregon, as well as other public and private partners, the earthquake early warning system known as ShakeAlert® is now online in Oregon, as of March 11, 2021. Learn more by watching the video below!

Cruise through this guided virtual tour of the Phil and Penny Knight Campus for Accelerating Scientific Impact, an ambitious effort to integrate research, training, and entrepreneurship into a single, nimble, interdisciplinary enterprise. The UO will celebrate a grand opening in December.

The UO
 Undergraduate Research Symposium, taking place Monday, May 24 through Friday, May 28, a highlight of UO’s inaugural Week of Research. 

The symposium, hosted by the Division of Undergraduate Education and Student Success, is celebrating its eleventh year of supporting students presenting their research and creative work that is helping them achieve their academic and career goals. Over the first ten years, almost 2,500 students have participated and almost 500 faculty mentors have supported these students. View the full schedule of events and links to sessions you can watch live here.
