Troubleshooting In Villard Hall/Knight Library

Please try these basic troubleshooting steps for the room you’re working in first. If none of these steps work, please submit a ticket. This is the most immediate way to receive help as it will notify all Multimedia team members via Teams.

Screening Room Issues

  • If your laptop will not connect to the video wall:
    • Make sure you have the correct device selected on the Crestron
    • Try swapping ports and cables
    • If none of these things work, try using the HDMI cable in the closet. Please submit a ticket to let us know that you had to do this.
