- Presenters are encouraged to attend a pre-conference workshop on abstracting writing, poster design, or oral presentations. Please see the workshop schedule.
- Presenters are strongly encouraged to deliver and install their posters during the pre-symposium set-up time between 11:00am – 4:30pm.
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your session. Session 1: 12:00-1:30pm; Session 2: 1:45-3:15am; Session 3: 3:30-5:00pm.
- Register and retrieve Presenter Poster Folder from check-in table.
- Standards and equipment will be provided for the installation of posters.
