This information is what is on their website. I went for a class, thinking it was led by instructors, but it is just open gym time, to work on your own. The advertising was misleading, and they should make sure their website is up to date. I was going to leave, but the manager at the front convinced me to stay. In the end, an instructor who used to be in the african circus helped me with trampoline flips, and the step by step process of learning to do a front flip.

NAAG allows you to attend the 1st class for free, which is a great promotional tool to bring people into the gym to see how great the classes are. After that they allow you to buy a punch card to save on classes, which also is spectacular for the company, because it gets the customer paying up front, and coming in a multitude of times. Andrea is the teacher of the silks class. She has a background in dance, and has been working on her aerial silks skills for 2-3 years. The class had five girls in it, with a range of levels, but the majority were beginners. We started with 20 minutes of stretching. Then we learned how to climb the silks, and learned several different moves on the silks. It requires an incredible amount of upper body strength. I am very strong, and this class was extremely difficult for me, but I learned a lot! The girls and I all took turns practicing our newly learned moves on the three silks that were set up for class. Every time something new was introduced, Andrea would demonstrate it first, then critique us as we were learning it.
