For my final group project/presentation, my group decided to focus on Madison, Wisconsin. The assignment was to do a communication audit on the city’s social media efforts as well as come up with tactical strategy suggestions. My group focused on strategies and tactics that would change perception of Madison being a college town among young professionals and college grads.
