Standardized Test Scores: GRE or MAT
Within the application, you will self-report
scores for the exam you have completed. You can also upload a pdf of

Within this online application, there are several sections to fill out, including the department application for SPED:
a) Personal Info
b) Residency Info
c) Educational Info
d) Referee Info
e) Department App
f) Payment
($70 non-refundable application fee paid via credit card)
You can continue to 'View/Update' each section, until you pay the application fee. Once this fee is paid, your file is officially 'submitted' to the Department.

Character Questionnaire - Licensure Applicants Only
Please fill out the Character Questionnaire (instructions are at the top of the form), and BRING IN A SEALED ENVELOPE TO YOUR ADMISSIONS INTERVIEW. This document will also be attached to the interview confirmation email that you receive from the Admissions Secretary.
