How qualities relate to urban heat island that you could measure: material specific heat, reflectivity, moisture content, thickness of material, vegetation impact on…ie if you were measuring this in an urban area like the neighborhood near the sure, in a park or space like ours or the uo campus what would you measure? Ie you could build a method to observe and measure or use arduino sensors, what would they be
How do you measure it at a territorial scale? Infrared views of the site? How would or could analyze the master plan for this and or your study area or proper site of the socio Ecological area?
What do you do with all the concrete demolished? Check out Julie bargeman of D.I.R.T. or other landscape reuse of concrete.
