Page 5: Theoretical framework: how do go from your broad ecological system, to specific study of that, to qualities to measure, to indicators as ways to measure that. AND any systems diagrams not in the scale of the site.

**What is the most important season to your system to study especially related to a problem? Ie flooding in fall, heat in summer, pollen air pollution in spring, winter cold snow inhibiting use of the park? *LADYBUG: Do not do radiance or sun path. Focus on charts.
Pages 7-10 DRAWING: ONE LAYER AT A TIME Firstly – what SINGLE layers do you map from the Elk data AND MAKE careful drawings deciding on: 1) study area definitely, 2) how to draw boundaries, 3) what layer to draw (use the sublayer in OSM component in Elk); 4) any color variations possible in the single layer? See single layer examples from Berkeley class.
