National Technical Assistance Center on Transition – Capacity Building Institute 2024

The National Technical Assistance Center on Transition: The Collaborative is a TA center focused on improving post-school outcomes for students with disabilities. This presentation presented the National Implementation Research Network’s Hexagon Tool and had participants self-evaluate uptake and implementation of school-based practices and provided an example of Project SIMPLE.

The Association for Positive Behavior Supports is a national organization focused on the implementation of PBIS through interdisciplinary approaches. This presentation was in collaboration with all Office of Special Education Programs Model Demonstration Grants focused on implementation of Mental Health services and programs for students at-risk for and with disabilities. Lessons learned were discussed across funded projects.
