Program! Program! Program!
First, I intend to design the combination of Airbnb and Portland Center Fair Housing accessibility. In the perspective of urban architecture, I propose to create more public green space that gives space back to public and provides exterior gathering space for Airbnbs. For the office building itself, I will apply the new ideas of working from NBBJ, Wework and Amazon to redefine and reorganize the traditional workplace to create a flexible, comfortable and evocative environment.

Airbnb is one of the biggest young firms in the world, being creative and advocating equality over every aspect. The major ideas of this firm is to create a world where you can belong everywhere and treat everyone equally. The founders of Airbnb intend to create a workplace with diversity and collaboration. The founders of Airbnb want to share the experience of each candidate and treat them as a guest to improve the experience.

- Transparency No solid boundary between working space.
- Flexibility Few permanent use of space – sharing space (?)

- Elevated Leave the majority of the ground floor to be a public space.
- Connection In- Between Space (?)
