Edison, is a kid friendly and adult friendly robot that is linked to a programming website. The website comes in EdBlocks, which is what our kids will be working with. This program has the simplest of maneuvers and directions for Edison while still being able to teach the kids the basics of programming. EdScratch is the more advanced programming, the type that we in the EDF program have worked with ourselves. Edison is first programmed online through either of the websites and then those programs are then downloaded onto Edison. After that has happened Edison is ready to go perform on his own without the helping hands of a human.
