Things we would change:

1. Automize the registration process for new clients. To accomplish this goal we would add an online sign up along with an on site kiosk. This would streamline the registration and allow employees to focus on other tasks unless the client has questions about the process.

2. Build a new equipment desk to enable members to rent equipment more efficiently. This will allow us to dedicate one staff member to all equipment rather than having equipment in multiple places.
