Plastic Pollution

I take a lot of pictures for educational and historical purposes, so I was ecstatic when Science Magazine decided to use one of mine for a story they wrote on plastic pollution in our world’s oceans, but particularly in the Mediterranean Sea.  This picture was of a collection of micro-plastic slivers collected along just over 20 meters of Oregon beach property.  The link to the story is here.
