ARLISS and Rockets

This last fall members of the UO ARLISS Robotics team were extremely lucky to have ARLISS Director, Becky Green, come to the University of Oregon to give a workshop on building L1 and L2 level rockets in the DeArmond MakerSpace.  These rockets are large enough that the people flying them need to be licensed.  None has flown yet, but as soon as the weather warms/drys, our students will be out testing to see if they can qualify.
