Jayden Deffley, 21, says she “can’t imagine her life without dance.” She dances every day of the week.
Deffley leans into an arabesque as she practices for an upcoming showcase where she is choreographing a duo piece.
Deffley’s ballet shoes are only a few months old; however, they already show evidence of hours of dancing. Deffley goes through a few pairs of ballet shoes each year due to her constant use of them.
