First Impressions

Interesting and intimidating. Those are the two words that best describe my first impressions of BA 352. Throughout my time here at the University of Oregon, I have been very interested in exploring leadership through a variety of classes and activities. Likewise, public speaking and presentations have also been of interest to me. In that respect, this class touches on several of the topics that I enjoy learning about and practicing. However, whenever group collaboration plays a role in a class structure, I know that more time and effort will need to be put into that particular class and this is what makes BA 352 somewhat intimidating for me. Overall, I am excited to come out of this class with a better handle on leadership and communication techniques because these skills will be very helpful in my future career. However, I am still nervous about finding the time and effort that will be necessary to gain these skills.
