Michala Garrison

Michala was a master’s student in the S3C lab working under the guidance of Dr. Carolyn Fish. She is interested in the power cartographic narratives have in telling stories of climate change around the world. She does this by using a mixture of cartographic design, participatory cartography, and atmospheric and oceanic data. Michala completed her Bachelor of Science in Geography at Frostburg State University where she graduated summa cum laude and with honors.
