Today when I walked into class I was surprised to see one of my friends Ezequiel sitting at a table in the classroom. I proceeded to sit at the same table as him as I asked him why he was there. I later found out that he among other BBL alum were sitting in todays class to explain some possible concentrations that we pre-business students could eventually end up in. We learned of the many concentrations that the previous BBL students were in. Finance, accounting, marketing, ISOM, and management are some that they are currently studying. After hearing a testimony from a handful of students Tayah had us think about some possible concentrations that we were interested in. Being in my second year of college, I came into freshman year thinking I would want to concentrate in Sports Business. To this day I still do want to focus in sports business but I also wouldn’t mind concentrating in both marketing and management. In the future I hope to complete my degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Sports Business. But first, I really need to focus on getting into the business school first.
