One new thing I learned was when we did the breathing activity. I thought it was really interesting and it helped me relax my mind and not worry about anything at the time.
One thing I might apply to my project is how you can take 1 image and focus your brain and eyes on it and you can actually see 2 images. I thought that was very interesting as well.
I think something that I could apply to life is the breathing exercise because if you are really stressed out you can use it to relax yourself and use it as a reset to refocus.
