It’s that time of the year! The 2025-2026 RHA Executive Elections are here!
Running for an executive position can be rewarding in so many ways. From meeting new people, to gaining leadership experience, to advocating for change in on-campus housing, the executive positions offer a lot! Please note that the recorded videos were filmed last year, and the person recording may not be in their actual role. Any questions should be directed to RHAelections@uoregon.edu or the RHA Advisor.

Executive Board Position Requirements
- 20 hours of work per week (8 of these hours are designated office hours)
- Weekly Executive Board meetings
- Weekly General Council meetings
- Weekly Committee meetings
- Must live on-campus (Executive board members are compensated for their work with a reduced room and board rate)*
- Maintain a GPA of 2.5 or higher
* Executive Board members are compensated for a standard double in Earl Hall with a deluxe meal plan (roughly $17,314 per year). Executive members are welcome to live in other residence halls but they will be responsible any amount over the rate stated above.
