Events Committee

Headed by Cassidy Scott

The Events Committee, headed by events director Cassidy Scott, is comprised of seven committee members who plan club events for UO PRSSA. The Events Committee is for individuals interested in developing, planning and facilitating events, namely fundraisers, for UO PRSSA. We are comprised of creative members who are excited to execute memorable events and gain valuable PR and event planning experience.

Cassidy is a senior public relations student at the University of Oregon preparing to graduate Spring 2018. In addition to leading the Events Committee as PRSSA’s Events Director, Cassidy is heavily involved with Allen Hall Public Relations as an account executive. After graduation, she hopes to do agency work in Portland with lifestyle, food and beverage, or nonprofit. A fun fact about Cassidy is that her ultimate dream career is to own a pumpkin patch.
