Student Travel Request Form

- Purpose: The purpose of this program is to provide travel grants to undergraduate students and graduate students who are giving a talk or presenting a poster at a scientific meeting and/or conference.
- Eligibility: This policy applies to undergraduate students who are Physics majors, and Physics graduate students.
Procedures and Practices:
- The student should complete the travel award application and submit it to the Physics Director if Finance & Administration for approval.
- Undergraduate students will work with their regular travel coordinator (Physics dept. or research unit) for airfare purchase, and/or travel expense reimbursement.
