Departmental Event Information

This is the collective knowledge gathered by past grad students while chairing committees for the various departmental events (Fall Picnic, Holiday Party, Wanton Mechanics)

Signed and approved documents (from the University) should probably not be posted publicly?

2016 Wanton Mechanics

  • Room Reservation Estimate – Cost Estimate from Scheduling and Even Services about reserving Gerlinger Lounge
  • Catering Waiver – Filled out Catering Waiver for Caspian
  • Alcohol Monitor Map – Instead of sending (and making us pay for) alochol monitors, the department now has to assign our own. Along with the permission form, we had to submit a map of the space and where the monitors would be stationed (near the exits). This is that map.

  • Front Office Budget Document – This is the document the physics office uses to track Wanton costs. This was sent to us the following year (2016) when we asked about how much money was budgeted for Wanton.
