Microfluidics is the science of small volume liquids that flow through and are manipulated by small channels in silicon chips that are bound to a glass slide.

These chip give us the opportunity to imitate the natural habitat of our worms, increase repeatability in data collection and enable more replicates and treatment at the same time point through automation of various procedures and assays.

Our goal is to share the methods and technology with other interested nematode labs to enable a rapid and effective advance in the field of nematode microfluidics.
