A powerful Peer Mentorship Program

Author: duyi@uoregon.edu

Duyi Li is the student coordinator of Peer mentorship program. This is her second year working with the program. She loves working for this program because she thinks it is really helpful and beneficial for incoming international students to join a friendly community which helps them reduce social isolation, support successful transition. She wishes more international students can adapt to their new environment and make friends easily with their peer mentor's help. She's also happy because she met lots of good friends through working this program.
