Hello,

It’s me. Throughout the term I was able to learn a lot of things through BBL, and to really learn a little more about myself. I know there is a few things I did exceptionally well throughout these ten weeks, and a few things that I could improve upon.

One thing I noticed that I did really well was always come prepared to my classes with my homework done and studying done. I was never caught off guard in any of my classes, and I feel like I did really good in my classes. In high school, studying was probably one of my weaknesses but now that has changed. A lot of it has to do with being able to find my uniqueness and putting myself in situations where I will succeed. We all have different study methods and we are all unique in our own ways. I found out that I am a front runner during BBL and that I need to apply the other leadership styles study methods into my routine. My studying this term went really well and my test scores are there to prove it. I was also able to use teamwork to reach goals. We were all put into groups and my group did a good job of using teamwork to succeed. We would meet up and plan out stuff so that we were always prepared. And the first time we had to present in front of high schoolers not everyone in the group was able to attend because some people had class when we were supposed to present. This was not a problem and we were able to use teamwork to put on a great presentation with the people that could go.  There was times when we used teamwork to study for tests and to help each other on homework when someone needed help. Teamwork was a big part of BBL and a part of this whole term in general.

One thing that I could improve upon is using my resources to overcome obstacles. Throughout the term I used most if not all of the resources I had but one that I could have used more is office hours. I only went to the office hours of a teacher once this whole term and it definitely is something that I could do more often. I could also perhaps maybe join a club at school or something to be more involved with things pertaining to business. Other than that I feel like this term went great.
