Are you an aspiring media professional with a passion for storytelling?
If you are committed to taking your digital storytelling skills to new levels, we’ll give you a place to build upon your coursework.
Allen Hall Studios (AHS) is a variable credit course offered at the UO School of Journalism and Communication. Within the class, students will have the opportunity to pursue their own video projects, with the possibility of doing work for real clients. OR Media will mentor students in all aspects of filming and production, helping them build upon their skills, prepare for leadership roles, and develop a professional attitude.
Writers, designers, digital artists, cinema studies students, and audio storytellers are also encouraged to participate.
Through AHS you can connect with like-minded peers, partner on projects, critique work, and unleash your potential. Bring your ideas, work, and passion to this new initiative.
Email Assistant Professor Ed Madison at firstname.lastname@example.org with your resume and 2-4 work samples if you’d like to participate.
UPDATE: You must have taken and passed Gateway To Media I, II, and II in order to register for this class.
