GOAL 1: Define our engagement and how we advocate for our constituency
GOAL 2: Take a critical look at the diversity of OAC, the election process, and how to recruit councilors that represent our constituency
GOAL 3: Review OA-specific policy implementation in order to better define roles of Human Resources versus the employing unit
GOAL 4: Professional development and investment in our constituency
GOAL 5: Defining our engagement as including Portland and Charleston
