2016 Polaroid Shootout
Fundraiser event for the UO NPPA Student Chapter
Join us for this unique opportunity to explore your creativity in analog photography. Participants will get a brief tutorial on how to use the Polaroid cameras and have 90 minutes to shoot for a prompt that judges will determine at the start of the competition. Two winners will be selected to receive prizes at the conclusion of the Short Course.
Fee for entry: $25 (additional donations are also welcome)
The fee includes 1 pack of film and 1 Polaroid camera – YES! You get to keep the camera as a souvenir!
Registration: Begins Friday at 5pm and must be done in person. There are only 12 spots available as there are only 12 cameras so be sure to register early if you want to join in.
FYI – They have discontinued production of the Fuji FP-100C film we will be using so this is a unique opportunity to work with a medium that will no longer exist.
