Our Impact

Through Images

 

The University of Oregon Libraries presents a new exhibit that celebrates the diverse communities that contribute to and enrich the unique history of the campus. The majority of these images are from the Libraries’ Special Collections and University Archives, illustrating the lives of African American, Asian American, Native American, Arab American, LGBTQ, and Latinx communities. This exhibit seeks to counterbalance the names, artwork, and monuments from the dominant culture on the University of Oregon campus.
