Linkton Profiles

This week we had a special guest come and speak to us about how to further develop our linkton profiles. She was really cool because she helped me to understand in depth how to explain the importance of what I do in my various work enviornments. In doing that, she explains how to express those characteristics in a shorter form while giving the full effect of the importance of the skills developed in that environment. She expressed this by using the WHO method. The who method describes what you did, how you did it, and what was the outcome of the experience. My who method was that in my previous job working as a Sales Associate I was required to construct and reconstruct sales floor walls while working with the merchandise that was given . I did this by using creative thinking, imagination, math, all while at a quick pace. The outcome of my project was the upper management was impressed and loved the creativity with the merchandise when it came time for the extremely important store visit. Being able to have a business profile that really exerts the main concepts of each job that ive had and make it really stand out will be beneficial in my business career for life. Now having a background look of what business professionals expect when viewing my business profile, it will be an upper leg to getting that next position I want.
